Celebrate the Arts at Fall Into the Arts Festival
The tail end of summer brings the Edina Fall Into the Arts Festival to 50th & France — a community cornerstone celebrating the bridge season with more than 235 featured artists and booths. The festival marks a long-standing partnership between the Edina Crime Prevention Fund, the Edina Chamber of Commerce, the Edina Art Center, and Centennial Lakes Park. Lift Some Weights (and Your Spirits) at Life Time Southdale
Life Time opened its Southdale Center location as a $43 million, 204,000-square-foot fitness destination. Beyond an extensive array of workout machines, the space includes a beach club, pro-level basketball and pickleball courts, a sauna, whirlpool, and steam room. Tackle the Bike Trails
The Nine Mile Creek Regional Trail's wetlands-and-woodlands route connects Edina to Hopkins, Minnetonka, and Richfield — a scenic corridor for cyclists of all levels. Braemar Park has also added new mountain biking trail stretches that will eventually weave through eight miles of restored nature. Hit a Hole-in-One at Braemar Golf
Braemar Park's Championship 18 became Minnesota's first new public regulation course in over a decade when it opened in 2019. The $7.5 million project features fresh fairways, six tee boxes, and dynamic bunker designs alongside newly planted trees, wetlands, and restored oak savannah. The park also offers the Academy 9 Par 3 course, an enlarged putting green, practice space, and a year-round driving dome. Entertain the Entire Family Indoors
Centennial Lakes Park offers year-round recreation: paddle boats, promenade walks, a putting green surrounded by ponds, and a 10-acre lake that transforms into an ice rink each winter for skaters of all ages. For fully indoor family fun, Edinborough Park — a 42,000-square-foot facility operating since 1993 — features over 2,000 plants, a padded toddler area, and the popular Adventure Peak with a canyon, multiple slides, a 30-foot lookout, and climbing and crawling options. Hour-long pickleball and lap-lane reservations are available through the online booking system.
