One of Edina's most enduring summer traditions returns for its 59th year. The Edina Art Fair brings together more than 250 artists from across the country — representing 25 states — alongside Minnesota-based creatives, offering three days of visual art, live entertainment, food, and community gathering at the 50th & France shopping district. The fair runs Friday, June 5 (noon–8 PM) through Sunday, June 7 (10 AM–5 PM), 2026.

2026 Featured Artist: Megan Murrell

This year's featured artist draws inspiration from the natural world. Megan Murrell's piece, "Welcome Migration," celebrates the Monarch butterfly's extraordinary journey, symbolizing "hope, resilience, and transformation." Murrell uses vibrant color and intricate detail to honor nature's beauty while underscoring the need for environmental protection — a fitting lens for a fair that is itself a gathering of makers who work closely with material and observation.

Art Experience and Emerging Artists

The fair showcases works across twelve juried categories, including painting, photography, ceramics, jewelry, sculpture, and mixed media. Every exhibitor on the floor earned their place through a competitive jurying process. Alongside the main exhibition, a dedicated Emerging Artist Marketplace gives developing artists fair presence and visibility. Featured emerging artists in 2026 include Sarah Anderson, Maty DeMars, Meriwether Felt, Emily Glenn, Lydia Grotberg, Linanne Lano, Rita Leile, Stephanie Paradis, Lexie Peterson, and Davi Worman.

Live Music on Two Stages

Two stages run live music throughout the weekend. The Lisa & Jerry O'Brien Concert Stage and the Nolan Mains Stage feature Ben Aaron, Dan Israel, Mother Coyote, The Bad Blood Trio, DARK PONY, Wain McFarlane & Friends, Mexicangelics, and Andra Suchy. The dual-stage setup — introduced in 2025 and carried into 2026 — extends the fair's reach beyond gallery-style browsing into a full summer festival experience.
