Experience the 21st Annual Edina Fall Into the Arts Festival: Where Creativity Meets Community
If summer in Edina starts with the iconic Edina Art Fair, it ends with one of the most beloved festivals in the Midwest: the Edina Fall Into the Arts Festival, now in its 21st year.
Held at the stunning Centennial Lakes Park and 7601 France Ave, this juried art festival is more than just a weekend of creative celebration—it’s a community tradition that supports the Edina First Responders Fund, helping keep our city safe, welcoming, and connected. With 245 artists, food vendors, and sponsors expected this year, the festival continues to grow as a destination for both locals and visitors alike!

Live Art for a Cause
New to this year’s festival, local painter Jendayi Berry will create a live painting onsite throughout the weekend. While this is his first time producing live art at the event, Jendayi is no stranger to the festival—he’s previously contributed as both a juror and booth judge. Once completed, his painting will be available for online bidding, with all proceeds benefiting the Edina First Responders Fund!
Spotlight on Featured Artists
Emerging Artist: Aruna Rangarajan (booth 211)
This year’s festival marks a major milestone for Aruna Rangarajan—her very first art fair appearance. Aruna’s mixed media pieces begin with shapes in graphite and acrylics, layered with patterned or tissue paper, and finished with delicate handembroidered elements stitched directly onto the canvas. Her work draws on themes of femininity, texture, and cultural identity, resulting in subtle yet intricately composed pieces that invite a closer look.
“I gravitate towards making art that challenges the traditional roles of South Asian women that I grew up with,” Aruna shares. “My women are strong, intelligent, and stare you in the face with their stories. The painting above reflects my own journey of resilience in moving from the tropical climate of Tamil Nadu—located on the other side of the globe in India—to one of the coldest states in America, and how I have learned to love both. My paintings incorporate handmade paper and embroidery along with acrylics to bring each subject her own glory.”
Best in Show 2024: Dante Germain (booth 200)
At Dante’s first Fall Into the Arts, he won our Best in Show award with his River Rock Glass collection. He shapes his hand-blown vessels by gathering water-worn stones and blowing molten glass into them, preserving each rock’s natural, organic details. His work explores themes of water, nature, and simplicity through elegant forms. We are so excited to welcome him back to this year’s show!
Award of Merit 2024: Kate Whisler (booth 203)
This year marks Kate Whisler’s sixth appearance at the festival, where she was honored with our Award of Merit in 2024. Her vibrant, laser-cut pieces use matboard, wood, and paper to create bold, graphic shadow-box compositions. Her work is instantly recognizable for its joyful energy and layered visual depth. Thank you, Kate, for coming back year after year!
