The Edina Art Fair has been a cornerstone of the 50th & France district since 1966 — and at 59 years old, it keeps finding new ways to grow. Billed as Minnesota's largest art fair, the 2025 edition returns June 6–8 to the 50th & France retail district with more than 250 artists displaying works spanning painting, pottery, jewelry, and photography.
2025 Presenting Artist: Tim Chapman
This year's presenting artist is Tim Chapman of Set Adrift Art, based in Lakeville, Minnesota. His bold, stylized pieces celebrate the region's natural beauty, cultural icons, and architectural character — work that translates Minnesota's particular light and landscape into something at once graphic and warm. Emerging Artists: Lucy Sinkkonen and the Emerging Artist Market
A new Emerging Artist Market at 50th Street and Ewing Avenue gives developing artists dedicated fair presence alongside the juried main exhibition. Featured artist Lucy Sinkkonen is a St. Paul-based painter and architecture student whose work draws on nature, spirit, and her Finnish heritage. She serves on the board of the Minnesota Artist Guild — a signal of someone already rooted in the professional arts community, not just passing through.
New in 2025: Two Live Music Stages
For the first time, the 2025 Edina Art Fair adds two dedicated live music stages. The Lisa and Jerry O'Brien Stage, located at Mr. Paul's/Mothership Beer Garden in the Lunds & Byerlys lot, features Mira Babal and Dan Israel. The Edina Liquor Beer Garden Stage at Nolan Mains Plaza hosts Ben Aaron Music, Chutes, and Rion. The stages extend the fair's footprint beyond art into a full summer-weekend festival experience.
The Culinary Artisan Marketplace
A new Culinary Artisan Marketplace joins the 2025 fair alongside the established food truck lineup. Among vendors is Under the Bark Syrup Co., a Minnesota company founded in 2011 and rooted in sustainability and a passion for pure maple syrup. Food trucks round out the offering with cheese curds, gyros, mini donuts, poke bowls, and lobster rolls — a spread that keeps the fair accessible as a full-day destination.
